Big News: Police Arrested Two Students Of NIT-Warangal In Drug Dealing


The addiction of drugs is a dangerous disease which can happen to anyone and escaping from this blanket is impossible. This is exactly the same case with two students of NIT-Warangal.

The officials of Telangana Excise Department have seized two BTech Final Year students from NIT-Warangal who were dealing in LSD which they got from darknet. The police captured five blots of LSD (Lysergic Acid Diethylamide) from the students on Wednesday.

The name of students are Y Ramesh and G Dwijj, who were placing orders on Darknet and the ordered drugs have been parceled to the customer’s place.

The police released the statement ‘The drugs have been delivered to one of the student’s houses in Kothapet, Hyderabad. The duo was then arrested in Warangal by us after tracking the information. The Excise Deputy Commissioner of Warangal Division, R Suresh stated that a good amount of LSD has been seized from them and they were selling LSD blots at the rate of INR 2000 per blot. They have a good network and also sell the drugs in many cities across India.

The Telangalan Excise Department is investigating in getting the access to their network and customers address. Two mobile phones and one laptop has been recovered from the students.
